The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and consumer behavior. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. - Identify market trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Digital Campaign Management: - Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. - Ensure campaigns are optimized for conversion and deliver measurable ROI. Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. - Provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives. Content Strategy: - Develop a robust content strategy to engage and retain customers. - Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone. Customer Experience: - Enhance the online customer experience to drive engagement and loyalty. - Utilize feedback and insights to continuously improve digital touchpoints. Budget Management: - Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently. - Allocate resources to maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts. Collaboration: - Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer experience. - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary. Qualifications: - MBA in marketing from premier B school with 15+ years of experience. - Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods, building products or durable industry. - Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. - Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics tools. - Proficient in using digital marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
