4. PR & External Communications:
- Lead the reputation strategy that positions organisation as an industry leader and trusted brand.
- Shape long-term communication narratives, guide media relations, and drive category visibility through proactive storytelling and executive visibility.
- Build frameworks to manage brand perception, awards strategy, and issues management with precision.
5. Internal Communications & Leadership Narrative:
