We are seeking a seasoned Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our B2C customer acquisition strategy. This role is designed for a technical leader who thrives on data-backed decision-making and has a proven track record of scaling high-growth consumer products. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our largest performance channels, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to sustainable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meta Ads Strategy (FB/IG)-

High-Velocity Scaling: Lead the end-to-end execution of Meta campaigns, focusing on efficient user acquisition and retention.

- Creative Iteration: Direct the creative pipeline by analyzing performance data to identify high-performing visual and copy hooks.

- Signal Optimization: Oversee technical tracking (CAPI/Pixel) to ensure the Meta algorithm has the cleanest data possible for optimization.

2. Google Ads:

- Full-Funnel Management: Manage a diverse mix of Google properties to capture high-intent search traffic and drive discovery via Video/Display.

- Auction Intelligence: Monitor auction insights and bidding landscapes to maintain a competitive edge and stable acquisition costs.

- Keyword Strategy: Refine search architecture to maximize coverage on high-value terms while minimizing waste.

3. Growth Analytics & Attribution:

- Data Integrity: Lead the reporting framework, ensuring all performance claims are supported by verified data and clear evidence.

- Attribution Modeling: Navigate the complexities of modern B2C attribution, moving beyond platform-reported numbers to understand true business impact.

- Funnel Analysis: Partner with Product and Data teams to optimize the user journey from initial ad click to final conversion.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Extensive background in B2C Performance Marketing, specifically within high-scale consumer apps or subscription services.

- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager; you should be able to audit an account at a granular level.

- Analytical Rigor: A "data-first" mindset. You prioritize objective evidence over speculative trends or market narratives.

- Leadership: Experience managing significant performance budgets and collaborating with cross-functional creative and data teams.
