Digital Marketing Head -(Advertising Agency)

Location: Muscat, Oman

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency (Mandatory)

- Strong experience in Brand Management, Communication Strategy & Client Servicing

- Managed brand campaigns, events, outdoor advertising, signage, and creative projects from concept to execution

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of client servicing executives

- Ability to develop creative briefs and coordinate with creative and production teams

- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Bachelor's Degree / MBA

- Previous Automobile Brand experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

- Support the HOD in daily operations and project execution

- Ensure timely completion of campaigns under tight deadlines

- Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams

- Oversee project execution including launches, activations, displays, and branch branding

- Travel within Oman for events and project requirements

- Willingness to work extended hours when required
