Role Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital transformation and revenue growth initiatives in Kolkata.
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organizations top-line revenue targets.
You will oversee the entire digital ecosystemincluding SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media, and CRMto enhance brand recall and increase patient/customer referrals.
The ideal candidate is a Result-Driven leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare or diagnostic center landscape, capable of managing multi-million-rupee budgets while ensuring high ROI through data-led decision-making and strategic PR.
Technical Responsibilities
- Strategic Revenue Alignment: Convert organizational growth objectives into actionable digital marketing roadmaps, allocating budgets and targets across specific zones to achieve revenue milestones.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Orchestration: Lead and manage end-to-end SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Specialty-Focus Product Marketing: Identify and prioritize key clinical specialties for the year, designing targeted digital campaigns to drive business for high-value diagnostic products.
- Omnichannel Content & Communication: Oversee content strategy and management for the website, Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), SMS/WhatsApp, and AI-driven Bots, ensuring zero dilution of the brand image.
- Referral & Doctor Marketing (B2B2C): Establish digital frameworks to identify and engage potential referring consultants, creating a sustainable database of doctors to increase patient referral bases.
- Marketing Analytics & MIS: Periodically analyze MIS reports and website analytics (e., Google Analytics 4) to draw inferences on customer trends, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Positioning & Perception Management: Set up processes to capture and analyze customer perceptions of the diagnostic brand, implementing corrective digital measures to align brand image with desired goals.
- CRM & Loyalty Engineering: Build and manage customer engagement and loyalty programs to increase the lifetime value (LTV) of patients and maintain top-of-mind recall.
- Agency & PR Management: Brief and manage external advertising and PR agencies, ensuring campaign outputs are delivered within budget and impactful media presence is maintained.
- Performance Auditing & Budgeting: Monitor marketing spends against turnover for individual centers to ensure maximum profitability and effective budget utilization.
- Innovation & Growth Hacking: Collaborate with other Lines of Business (LOB) and Center Heads to brainstorm and pilot innovative growth strategies, new market entries, and new engagement models.
- Corporate & Direct Sales Integration: Translate digital leads into sales focus areas, coordinating with corporate sales and direct marketing teams to cover all potential customer segments in the region.
Required Technical Skills
- Digital Strategy Mastery: Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-channel digital transformation projects.
- Performance Marketing: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (SEM), Meta Ads, and Programmatic Display.
- SEO & Content: Deep understanding of technical SEO, content marketing, and SERP positioning for local search (Google My Business).
- Analytics & Attribution: Mastery of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and attribution modeling to track "Digital-to-Clinic" conversions.
- Public Relations: Experience in evolving PR strategies and managing media relationships for a corporate brand.
Leadership & Core Competencies
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to visualize long-term market trends and position the brand as a leader in the diagnostic space.
- Result Driven: A relentless focus on achieving Top-Line targets and managing profitability at the center level.
- Team Mentorship: Experience in guiding and directing a team of marketing executives on process-driven referral building.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Hospital sector is highly advantageous.
- Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Kolkata market and regional consumer behavior.
- Advanced Tooling: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Marketing Automation platforms
