Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for online presence, including the website, Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition through innovative digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Optimize website and e-commerce experience to enhance user engagement, improve conversions, and maximize revenue.
- Manage digital sales funnels to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Oversee performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, social media) to ensure efficient ROI and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Manage and grow presence on Amazon and quick-commerce platforms, ensuring optimized listings, visibility, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and report insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations, and technology, to align digital initiatives with business goals.
