We are hiring for one of the fastest growing organisation in the feild of Ultra Luxury Home textile:

Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on digital growth leader who can own and drive SEO, paid media, and performance marketing to build Tulio's brand, generate qualified leads, and drive high-value conversions across India (and eventually in international markets like Dubai).

This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our design, sales, and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

- Build and execute a full-funnel digital strategy for both B2C homeowners and B2B architects & designers

- Craft tailored performance marketing funnels per city, product category, and audience persona

- Define monthly targets for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPA, backed by data

Paid Media & Performance

- Own and optimize paid media across Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn

- Run retargeting, lookalike, geo-targeted, and conversion-optimized campaigns

- Design always-on campaigns and lead-nurturing drip flows

SEO & Content

- Build and execute a scalable SEO roadmap across Tulio's 6 cities

- Own on-page, off-page, local SEO, and content strategy

- Collaborate with content creators for blogs, web pages, and city-specific landing pages

Analytics & ROI

- Set up robust attribution systems (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.)

- Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate

- Build monthly performance dashboards for leadership review

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Brief creative and content teams for high-performance ads

- Align closely with sales, showroom, and brand teams for full alignment

- Manage external agencies/freelancers as required

Must-Have Qualifications

- 8-15 years of experience in performance marketing and digital growth

- Proven track record of high-ticket B2C or D2C growth (luxury, lifestyle, home brands ideal)

- Deep experience in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Performance Max, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush)

- Strong analytical thinking with ability to own ROI and CAC metrics

- Experience in luxury buyer behavior, long sales cycles, and lead qualification workflows

- Comfort working with creatives to deliver performance-driven ad campaigns

Good-to-Have

- Prior experience in home decor / home improvement / lifestyle brands

- Experience with Dubai or GCC-based campaigns

- Familiarity with email/SMS automation tools, CRM integrations

- Experience building or managing in-house digital teams
