About the Role
We are looking for a growth-obsessed Head of Digital to lead and scale our end-to-end e-commerce business. This role will own the complete digital funnel from traffic acquisition to conversion to retention for a fast-growing D2C brand.
If you thrive in a 01 and 110 journey, love experimenting with performance marketing, and can scale revenue profitably this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Ownership:
- Own and scale the entire D2C e-commerce P&L
- Drive revenue growth across website and marketplaces (if applicable)
- Optimize conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and retention
Performance Marketing:
- Lead paid marketing across:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage large monthly budgets and improve ROAS & CAC efficiency
Growth & Funnel Optimization:
- Build and optimize full funnel:
Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention
- Run A/B tests on:
Landing pages
Creatives
Funnels
CRM & Retention:
- Own lifecycle marketing:
Email, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Website & UX:
- Work closely with product/tech teams to:
Improve UX/UI
Optimize checkout flows
Reduce drop-offs
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team:
Performance marketers
SEO/content
CRM managers
- Manage agencies/vendors
