Head - Digital Business - Fashion/Lifestyle

Role Overview:

Looking for a Digital / D2C leader to build and scale two fashion businesses from 0-to-1.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own combined Digital P&L, Revenue, CAC, ROAS & Margins.

- Launch and scale .com & App businesses.

- Build distinct growth strategies for Gen Z & Modern Professional audiences.

- Drive Performance Marketing, Category Management, CRM, Retention & Site Merchandising.

- Build the digital team, systems and operating model.

- Drive profitable growth and omnichannel execution.

Ideal Profile:

- 6 - 10 years' experience with 3+ years in Digital / D2C P&L ownership.

- Proven 0-to-1 / early-scale experience.

- D2C + Apparel/Lifestyle experience preferred.

- Strong commercial, growth and execution mindset.
