Role Overview: Lead digital and growth marketing initiatives for the firms wealth management business, focusing on strengthening brand visibility, driving qualified client acquisition, and supporting growth of wealth advisory services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the firms overall digital & growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. - Manage online brand positioning, website strategy, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns. - Drive lead generation initiatives for investment banking, capital markets and advisory services. - Drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition through performance marketing and digital campaigns. - Oversee content marketing, thought leadership campaigns, and financial insights across digital channels. - Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, industry platforms) to strengthen brand credibility. - Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI; optimize campaigns based on data insights. - Coordinate with internal teams, leadership and external agencies for campaign execution. - Ensure compliance with financial industry communication and regulatory guidelines. - Manage content, thought leadership, and online brand positioning for wealth advisory services. - Track campaign performance, acquisition metrics, and optimize using data analytics. Key Requirements: - 8-12 years of experience in digital & growth marketing, preferably in financial services, investment banking, fintech or consulting. - Strong expertise in SEO, paid campaigns, marketing automation and analytics tools. - Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation for high-value services. - Excellent understanding of financial markets and professional services branding. - Strategic mindset with strong leadership and execution skills.
