Head - Digital & Data Transformation

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the enterprise digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company's growth in Renewable Energy, Data Center infrastructure, and large-scale EPC programs.

- Identify digital opportunities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and O&M operations.

- Drive adoption of digital technologies to improve productivity, cost control, project visibility, and operational performance.

- Lead the implementation of digital solutions for EPC project lifecycle management.

- Enable real-time visibility into project progress, cost, schedule, risk, and quality through digital dashboards.

- Drive implementation of digital asset management platforms for renewable energy projects including solar, wind, and emerging green energy assets.

AI, Automation & Enterprise Process Efficiency:

- Identify and implement AI, automation and advanced analytics use cases across both project and enterprise functions to improve productivity and decision-making.

- Drive enterprise process efficiency through AI-led automation across corporate functions such as:

1. AI-based spend analytics, contract intelligence and vendor evaluation in Procurement

2. Chatbots and AI assistants for internal productivity

3. Workflow automation across project approvals, procurement cycles and reporting

- Evaluate and scale emerging technologies such as:

1. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

2. Generative AI

3. Internet of Things (IoT)

4. Advanced Data Platforms and Analytics

5. Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience with at least 8-10 years in digital transformation, technology leadership, or enterprise platforms.

- Experience within EPC, infrastructure development, renewable energy, power sector, construction technology, or data centre industries.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
