- Develop and champion a cohesive, long-term digital roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals.

The Digital transformation role is spread across the entire group- plants; sales and distribution; HR; Finance; supply chain etc

- Digital Transformation will be the primary architect of technological evolution.

- This leader will oversee the final stages of the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Develop and execute an AI roadmap focused on predictive analytics for crop yields, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.

- Explore Generative AI use cases for internal knowledge management and enhancing farmer-advisory services.

- Digitize the manufacturing and supply chain floor through IoT and real-time monitoring systems.

- Serve as the primary advocate for digital initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and digital literacy throughout the organization

- Must be adept at leveraging new-age digital technologies in manufacturing, including Industry 4.0, smart factory solutions, and digital platforms across plants and supply chains.

- Advanced analytics; Robotics & Autonomous Systems; Supply Chain Digitisation to name a few

- Act as the senior point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and implementation partners.

- To collaborate with implementation and support vendors who are involved in implementation of the digital applications
