Head - Development - Hospitality

- Distinguished track record in hospitality development and large-scale project execution. We are currently architecting a premium, boutique hospitality cum health and wellness brand headquartered out of Delhi NCR, and we are looking for a visionary Head of Development & Pre-Opening to partner directly with our Founder in bringing this flagship vision to life.

- This is not a traditional maintenance role; it is an end-to-end "ownership" mandate-spanning from raw land feasibility and construction to the final operational launch of a world-class wellness destination.

The Mandate:

As the strategic lead for this venture, your responsibilities will encompass:

- Strategic Site & Financial Modeling: Identifying high-potential land opportunities, performing zoning checks, and conducting "Highest & Best Use" analysis. You will own the financial architecture, including Project IRR, funding structures, and exit strategies.

- Capital & Project Management: Monitoring Capex/Opex budgets and project cash flow forecasts. You will lead the negotiation of supplier and contractor contracts, ensuring BOQ reviews and cost escalation controls are airtight.

- Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: Navigating complex government liaisoning to secure all mandatory licenses (Trade, Fire, Health, FSSAI, Labour, etc.) and ensuring 100% compliance with specialized wellness regulations.

- Pre-Opening & Operational Launch: Designing the operational blueprint by developing SOPs, selecting core technology stacks (PMS/POS), and hiring the key leadership team. You will lead the soft launch to ensure operational stabilization and guest experience excellence.
