About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Head of Design - Workplace to join our design studio. In this role, you will focus on designing corporate/workplace interior projects. Working closely with the design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, leading client presentations and pitches, and overseeing design management and project coordination to ensure successful delivery.

- Strategize and develop design solutions that align with assigned programs, budgets, and client objectives.
- Manage and contribute to multiple projects, including pre-design services such as feasibility studies and defining design requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth progression of projects from one phase to the next, maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity.
- Lead and participate in project meetings and client presentations, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee design management and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Conduct quality control reviews of design documentation and monitor project team deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Participate in client work sessions and design reviews to incorporate feedback into project development.
- Travel as needed for project presentations, coordination meetings, and site visits.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 12+ years of experience of working on Commercial interior / Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team
- You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
- You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.
- You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
