Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Head Design to lead and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational:

- Develop and implement innovative systems for efficient and error-free design delivery.

- Prepare and review working drawings for construction components, ensuring compliance with design codes and client requirements.

- Monitor project priorities to ensure safe and timely execution.

- Collaborate with project teams to streamline design inputs and workflow.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Interact with clients, consultants, and government agencies to resolve technical queries.

- Present designs for approvals and provide technical support for ongoing projects.

- Support internal project managers on site-related technical matters.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and manage a competent design team specialized in performance textiles applications.

- Define clear roles, set KPIs, and track team performance.

- Allocate work effectively to maximize productivity and outcomes.

Candidate Profile-Required:

Qualifications & Skills:

- BE/ME/M. Tech in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering

- 12-30 years experience in geotechnical and project execution

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and design software

- Excellent communication, planning, team management, and client relationship skills
