
Job Description:
Overall engineering execution of different projects starting from conceptualisation of facility and its engineering execution aiming at first time right delivery.
Identifying the sustenance schemes along with business unit in operating units of respective area or department and their implementation.
Improving, establishing and managing the processes for scope finalization and interface management adhering to internal KPIs of E&P.
Identifying and implementing solutions for sustainability, safety, health and environment, and capability development of the engineering team.
To monitor continuously global technology development in respective domain and implement as per project requirement.

- Project, Construction, Services, O&M, Technology Suppliers, Consultants, related external agencies and senior management.
Skills:
- Conceptualize the various process units of plant or project, scope and finalize the technology selection.
- Optimize the scope of external agencies and evolve implementation methodology.
- Devise plan and control mechanism to ensure achievement of engineering plan as per stakeholder expectations and within estimated cost and time.
- Evolve systems and mechanisms for engineering capability development of the team.
- Take complete responsibility for engineering deliverables of the project by checking and owning the complete project deliverables.
- Reviewing performance to suggest corrective action and manage any changes in the scope of the design and engineering project.
- Evaluating, assessing, and selecting new technology suppliers and equipment vendors. Partnering with them to develop new or alternate technologies and products.
Education:
- B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent in Metallurgy, Material and Metallurgical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mineral, Mineral Processing and Mineral Beneficiation, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
