Position: : Head - Demand Generation Marketing & Inbound

Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible to lead and scale inbound marketing engine, driving predictable pipeline growth and accelerating SaaS revenue. The incumbent will own the end-to-end inbound demand strategy and execution across content, SEO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals and enabling scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Own and lead the overall inbound demand generation strategy.
- Drive scalable pipeline growth aligned with SaaS revenue objectives.
- Translate revenue targets into measurable marketing KPIs.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
- Build and manage high-performing, data-driven demand generation campaigns across channels.
- Oversee content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns for maximum ROI.
3. Lead Nurturing & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and implement structured nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel.
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
- Optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through targeted engagement strategies.
4. Funnel & Performance Optimization
- Drive end-to-end funnel optimization from awareness to SQL and pipeline creation.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase conversion efficiency.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales for smooth lead handoffs.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Own reporting on pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular insights and performance dashboards to leadership.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance growth efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-12 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning inbound pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing CAC.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing demand generation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance marketing mindset.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to align marketing with revenue outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-time MBA with at least 6 years of experience in demand generation and inbound marketing.
- Experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
