Hiring | Head Demand & Supply Planning

We are looking for an experienced Head Demand & Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning operations for a leading manufacturing organization in the automotive sector.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, customer service, and cross-functional alignment across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the organization's Demand & Supply Planning function.

- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

- Develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory across the supply chain.

- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless planning and execution.

- Drive supply planning across multiple manufacturing plants and contract manufacturing locations.

- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and other supply chain KPIs.

- Lead order management, customer service, and inbound logistics functions.

- Drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain.

- Build and mentor a high-performing planning team while collaborating with senior business leaders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 1522 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.

Strong expertise in:

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. S&OP / SIOP

4. Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

5. Inventory Planning

6. Forecasting & Demand Analytics

7. Supply Chain Planning

- Hands-on experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, o9 Solutions, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.

- Experience leading large cross-functional teams and driving business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
