Head - Delivery Interior Fit Out (D&B Workspaces) About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head to lead and manage large-scale interior fit-out projects in the corporate workspace sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Design & Build (D&B) projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-value projects while managing business units with significant P&L responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects in the corporate workspace sector. - Oversee project lifecycles from concept, design, execution, to handover. - Manage large-scale projects and business units with at least 1000 Cr. P&L responsibility. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. - Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. - Travel extensively to oversee projects across multiple regions. - Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 20 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. - 10+ years in core Design & Build (D&B) workspace sector. - Experience only in workspace interiors; candidates from residential, developer projects, malls, bridges, or other building types are not applicable. - Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and business units. - Strong understanding of D&B project lifecycles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Candidates from companies like Zyeta, ANJ, Spacematrix, SKV India, Cherry Hill Interiors, RSP, or similar workspace D&B firms are preferred
