Designation: Head of Delivery - Business Consulting Firm

Head of Delivery

- The Head of Delivery will own the end-to-end execution of AI-led consulting and product programs

- Lead and scale all client delivery and program execution across consulting and product engagements

- Establish a modern, AI-augmented delivery model that redefines traditional consulting execution

Required Background & Experience:

- 15-20 years of consulting experience

- Experience in leading and delivering large programs/products/projects across Strategy, M&A, and Private Equity

Proven track record in:

- Embedding AI into solution/offerings design

- Embedding AI into consulting/project/program/product delivery

- Building & scaling capability pools to drive an AI-augmented consulting organization - including consulting professionals, domain experts, engineers/data scientists, AI toolsets, and delivery workflows

Experience in applying AI to internal operations (preferred), such as:

- Program management automation

- Resource planning

- Knowledge management

- Performance management

- Strong academic background

- MBA or advanced technical degrees strongly preferred
