Head - Debt Syndication & Execution - BFSI

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our Debt Syndication and Execution vertical. In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex debt transactions, navigating the intersection of corporate finance and capital markets to deliver bespoke funding solutions. You will act as the primary bridge between our corporate clients and a vast network of institutional investors, banks, and NBFCs. By driving the structuring, negotiation, and final execution of large-scale deals, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients' capital structures and fueling their growth ambitions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships while ensuring seamless deal closure in a fast-paced financial environment.

Job Description:

- 10+ years of experience in leading end-to-end debt syndication deals, structuring complex credit transactions, managing lender/investor relationships, and driving execution across BFSI and corporate sectors with strong capital market understanding.

- Senior banker with 10+ years in debt syndication/structured finance, strong lender network, experience in complex credit structuring, deal execution, and investor relationship management.
