Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Science Leader with a strong background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise combined with leadership, consulting, solutioning, and presales experience.

The candidate will be responsible for driving AI/ML initiatives, developing innovative solutions, engaging with clients, and providing strategic technical direction across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning initiatives across multiple business domains.

- Define AI/ML strategies and provide technical leadership for complex data science projects.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Data Science and AI solutions.

- Drive solution architecture, consulting, and technical solutioning for client requirements.

- Provide expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and advanced modeling techniques.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

- Lead presales activities, including solution presentations, proposals, technical discussions, and client engagements.

- Guide teams in developing scalable AI/ML models and production-ready solutions.

- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to leverage AI and Data Science for business transformation.

- Manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations to solve complex business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 14+ years of overall professional experience.

- Strong Data Science background with proven expertise in AI and advanced analytics.

- Engineering degree is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI concepts.

- Experience leading Data Science and AI/ML initiatives.

- Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
