Head End User Support Job Descriptions: Head Data Centre and Cloud: - The candidate will be responsible for creating a distributed architecture between on-prem and cloud ensuring end to end availability and performance of business critical applications. - The candidate will ensure all assets in the data centre and on cloud are segmented, patched, configured for high availability, performance and secured. - Additional responsibilities will include real time monitoring of assets for optimal utilization by applications, backup of data and business continuity drills. Head Network Infrastructure: The candidate will be responsible for modernizing the current network infrastructure, redesigning the architecture, leverage SDWAN , IOT and 5G technology for business performance aligned with data centre and cloud strategy. Head End User Support: The candidate will be responsible for end user experience across Tata Power locations, end point asset management and performance.
