Head - Data & Analytics

Role Overview:

- Define and own the enterprise data architecture strategy, including: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse Architecture, and Data Integration Platforms.

- Lead the selection and implementation of modern data platforms and analytics technologies.

- Drive implementation and optimization of business intelligence and visualization platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI and other emerging technologies.

- Develop enterprise dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics capabilities.

- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and GenAI use cases that improve productivity, decision-making, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and analytics solutions across the enterprise.

- Establish governance processes covering Data Quality, Data Security, Data Privacy, and Metadata Management.

- Ensure robust integration across SAP, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and third-party applications.

- Drive adoption of modern analytics and AI technologies.

- Partner with business leaders to identify analytics opportunities and define measurable outcomes.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic data and analytics programs.

Functional Skills required:

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Platform Architecture.

- Hands-on understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse Architecture, and Data Engineering.

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and related analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Advanced Analytics use cases.

- Experience integrating SAP and enterprise applications with analytics ecosystems.

- Knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms and modern analytics architectures.

- Understanding of MCP, Agentic AI frameworks, and emerging enterprise AI technologies.

- Strong program management, vendor management, and business transformation capabilities.
