Role Overview

We are seeking a Head D2C to lead and scale the companys direct-to-consumer online business.

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end digital strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value across all owned digital channels.

The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, ecommerce operations, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and digital product optimization, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee the overall D2C business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

D2C Strategy & Business Ownership

- Own and drive the end-to-end D2C business strategy, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience.

- Manage the P&L for the D2C channel and ensure sustainable growth.

- Develop strategies to improve customer lifetime value (CLV) and overall business performance.

Performance Marketing & Growth

- Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, SEO, and SEM.

- Optimize marketing spend to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and experimentation.

Website & Conversion Optimization

- Own and manage the Shopify-based ecommerce platform.

- Improve UX/UI, website performance, and conversion optimization to enhance customer journeys.

- Implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchases.

CRM & Retention

- Develop and implement CRM and customer retention strategies to improve engagement and loyalty.

- Drive initiatives focused on customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention campaigns.

Operations & Logistics

- Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and operational processes for the D2C channel.

- Implement strategies to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and improve delivery performance.

Pricing & Business Optimization

- Define and manage pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.

- Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive revenue and margin growth.

Team Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across marketing, operations, and customer experience.

- Foster collaboration and ensure alignment across teams to achieve business goals.

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Strong experience in D2C ecommerce strategy and operations.

- Expertise in performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, SEO/SEM).

- Experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, CRM, and retention strategies.

- Experience managing P&L and digital growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CLV.

- Knowledge of logistics, fulfillment operations, and RTO reduction strategies.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
