About the Role:
We're hiring a Head of D2C Growth & Product to lead the end-to-end digital growth engine across the website. You'll be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, improving funnel efficiency, and optimizing both the product and performance levers across the board from acquisition to retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale our D2C growth engine across performance marketing, CRM, retention, SEO, CRO, ASO, and more.
- Drive funnel optimization across platforms (Web & App) improve conversion rates, reduce drop-offs, and increase LTV.
- Build and execute growth loops using paid + organic + product-based tactics (e.g., upsells, referrals, winback).
- Optimize for metrics like A2C%, PSR, CR%, CM1/CM2, RTO%, COD%, and repeat rates.
- Collaborate with product, design, and tech to improve UI/UX and user journeys via A/B testing and CRO frameworks.
- Leverage analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, MoEngage, and others for insights and decision-making.
- Work closely with founders on GTM for new launches, category expansion, and retention-led growth.
- Scale the app and web experience & grow organic app installs, boost install-to-order %, and improve engagement/retention.
- Lead a cross-functional team of performance marketers, designers, content, SEO/ASO, and product ops folks.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of experience in D2C growth roles, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or fashion.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, performance marketing (Meta/Google), SEO/ASO, and app/web product growth.
- Proven success improving funnel KPIs from reducing CAC to improving CR, PSR, CM1, and retention.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across tech, growth, content, and marketing.
- Strong command over growth analytics, testing frameworks, and product automation.
