Job Title: Head of D2C Growth
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head of D2C Growth to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels while building a strong brand presence.
The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end growth strategy, including performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and website optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, analytics, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing conversion funnels
- Improving CAC:LTV ratios
- Driving repeat purchases through retention strategies like email, SMS, and loyalty programs
- Leveraging data and analytics to generate insights, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign performance
- Overseeing the D2C tech stack, including website platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Building and managing a high-performing growth team
