D2C Head
Description:
- Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy to achieve monthly sales, with an immediate goal of scaling to a monthly sales run rate of 1 Crore (current 50 lakhs) , and then to grow to 2-5 Cr pm over the next year.
Business Management:
- Take complete ownership of the D2C channel, including day-to day operations.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the brand's messaging, promotions, and customer communications are consistent and compelling.
- Create and hire an in-house content team in 6 months, expand CRM team and potentially create one on-house.
Tech & Tools Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate the right platforms, tools, and technologies to optimize the D2C channel's efficiency and user experience.
Growth & Optimization:
- Lead a continuous experimentation framework, testing new content, offers, and consumer cohorts to drive growth and improve key metrics.
Problem-Solving:
- Proactively identify and resolve new challenges that arise as the business scales, using deep industry knowledge and practical experience.
