Gurgaon / Mumbai - Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 10-18 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Cybersecurity Sales)

Age Criteria: Maximum 35 Years

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Cyber Security Sales Head - India for a fast-growing AI-driven cybersecurity company. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enterprise sales strategy, and market expansion across India for advanced security and resilience solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Business Growth

- Own and exceed India sales targets across cybersecurity and cloud security portfolio

- Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline

- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle (prospecting to closure)

2. Solution Selling & Deal Leadership

Sell integrated offerings:

- SOC / MDR, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response

- Cloud Security, Governance, FinOps, SecOps

- Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust

- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (DR), Cyber Resilience

- Lead complex, high-value enterprise deals

3. CXO Engagement

- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CXOs

- Drive consultative selling and security transformation discussions

- Conduct executive briefings and strategic workshops

4. Market Expansion & Partnerships

- Build territory and account penetration strategies

- Work with channel partners, system integrators, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Represent the company at cybersecurity events and forums

Required Skills:

- Cybersecurity Sales / Enterprise Sales

- Cloud Security / IAM / Zero Trust

- SOC / MDR / SIEM / Incident Response

- Pipeline Management & Revenue Ownership

- CXO Stakeholder Management

- Consultative / Solution Selling

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in AI-driven security solutions

- Knowledge of CERT-In, RBI, SEBI, ISO 27001, NIST frameworks

- Strong network in enterprise / mid-market segment

- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSK (good to have)

- Experience in SaaS / Cybersecurity startups

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering / Business preferred)
