Head - Cyber Security Engineering & Operations

Role Overview:

Looking for a highly experienced and technically hands-on Head of Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations to lead the design, engineering, and operational excellence of cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the engineering, deployment, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions across enterprise and client environments.

- Architect and enhance service offerings across SIEM, EDR/XDR, Network Security, IAM, OT Security, AI Security, and Security for AI systems.

- This is not a traditional managerial rolethis position demands deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to architect and operationalize cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for both internal environments and client services.

Candidate Specifications:

- 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant exposure to engineering and operations.

- Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-scale cybersecurity solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience across multiple security technologies and platforms.

- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat landscapes, and attack methodologies.

Work Mode:

- Hybrid Mode: 2-3 Days Work from Office per week.
