Role Overview:

The Head Cybersecurity (AI & Digital Innovation) will lead the cybersecurity strategy and implementation for all AI and digital innovation initiatives. This role involves working closely with technology teams, business units, and executive leadership to ensure that new and existing digital solutions are secure by design and compliant with relevant regulations. The Head Cybersecurity will be responsible for identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with emerging technologies, protecting sensitive data, and maintaining the integrity of digital platforms. This position is based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for AI and digital innovation initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives and risk tolerance.

- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on AI and digital security, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

- Conduct thorough security assessments and penetration testing of AI models, digital platforms, and related infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

- Design and implement robust security controls and countermeasures to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems.

- Collaborate with technology teams and business units to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle of AI and digital solutions.

- Monitor the threat landscape and emerging cybersecurity trends, proactively identifying potential risks and developing strategies to address them.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, technology teams, and regulatory bodies.

- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, including data privacy laws and industry best practices.

- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to educate employees on AI and digital security risks and best practices.

- Manage incident response activities related to AI and digital security breaches, coordinating with relevant teams to contain incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, with a focus on AI and digital security.

- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and programs.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

- Experience with security assessment and penetration testing methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Deep knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and NIST.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15-25 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI and digital security.
