You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer support strategies, programs and best practices that drive customer retention, loyalty and satisfaction. As a customer support leader, you will work closely with growth, marketing, product and engineering teams to understand our customers' needs, expectations and feedback. Expectations/ Requirements: - Lead and manage the customer support team by setting goals, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring alignment with company objectives - Develop and implement customer support strategies, programs and best practices that increase customer retention, loyalty and satisfaction - Oversee the onboarding, training and support of new and existing customers by providing high-quality technical assistance - Monitor customer engagement metrics such as ratings, reviews, etc., and satisfaction metrics such as NPS, CSAT, churn rate, etc., using various tools - Provide proactive solutions to address customer pain points or challenges - Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders or departments - Create reports or presentations on customer success outcomes or initiatives - Stay updated on our products' features, functionalities benefits - Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: - 7 to 10 years of experience in customer support or similar roles - Experience leading or managing large teams - Experience with Customer support tools such as Freshdesk, Haptik or any other chatbot - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills - This is a fully remote role.
