Job Description:
Hiring a Head of Customer Excellence to lead customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle programs for Omniretail's B2B ecosystem. The role involves driving customer experience through data analytics, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Customer Excellence strategy across KYC, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze customer behavior using SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Work with Product & Data teams to design dashboards and digital engagement journeys.
- Integrate tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, and Insider.
- Improve customer activation, retention, and reactivation through data-led initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in customer analytics/digital engagement/growth.
- Strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills.
