Fundraising: - Develop a list of corporate partners for CSR initiatives and institutions offering grants for the onsite program. Steadily increase external funding sources to reduce reliance solely on CSR funds. - Create and implement an "Educate a Girl" policy for annual and individual contributions. - Ensure internal systems are in place to support ongoing fundraising efforts, making the process more efficient and scalable. Scaling Up: Onsite Model: - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for scaling the CSR program across new regions. Identify and create strategic partnerships to support is. - Manage the implementation of the expansion plan to ensure sustainable, long-term growth. - Collaborate with the field team to gather feedback and continuously improve the program. Scaling Up: Online Model: - Conduct research and analyze successful education programs to inform CSR programs online growth strategy. - Build and recruit a dedicated team for the digital program. - Guide the team in selecting the right digital platforms and technologies for the program's needs. - Develop a sustainable operating model to scale the digital program effectively. Must Haves: - Graduate or Postgraduate Degree: From a top-tier institution or equivalent relevant experience. - 5-7+ Years of Experience: In the education sector with a leading NGO. Overall 12- 15 years of experience. - Base Location: Mumbai - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling educational programs. - Leadership and Team Management: Strong administrative, team-building, and leadership skills. - Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and approach challenges with effective problem-solving strategies. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. - Self-Starter: Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and driving impactful results. - Passion for Education & Social Impact: Deep commitment to creating meaningful educational change. - Understanding of Educational Models: Ability to evaluate and adapt successful existing educational models. - Travel Requirements: The program is based in Ranchi district, Jharkhand, and travel to project sites will be required.
