
Head CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Strategy and program development: Develop, implement, and manage CSR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with company goals.
2. Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, communities, NGOs, and government agencies.
3. Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, monitor the impact of CSR projects, and prepare reports for senior management.
4. Community and employee involvement: Coordinate community outreach, philanthropic activities, and employee volunteer initiatives.
5. Budget management: Manage the CSR budget to ensure objectives are met within planned spending.
