Certifications in Real Estate Laws, CRM, or Customer Service Excellence are an added advantage. Experience: - 15+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Experience roles within the real estate industry (preferably residential projects). - Proven track record in customer engagement, registrations, collections, handovers, and dispute resolution. - Experience in handling Premium residential projects with high customer volumes. - Strong leadership experience in team management, training, and operational efficiency. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA compliance, and financial documentation. - Expertise in payment collections, revenue tracking, and risk mitigation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. - Strong knowledge on CRM tools with the ability to implement CRM automation and analytics-driven decision-making. - Experience in leading large teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence
