Head - Credit Underwriting - Credit Cards

Overall Job Description:

- Ensuring Credit underwriting of all applications by underwriters team is in line with the approved Product Program and Policy Achieve targeted approval rates basis the ambit of the A score / Score model .

- Managing team of Underwriters and Support team to follow the credit norms with adherence to Decision Quality,, Productivity and processing turnaround time.

- Operating costs of the Centralized Decision Unit within agreed cost budgets.

- Risk cost for Credit cards portfolio under planned and forecasted levels .Manage the new acquisition Business targets

- Peak inflows not to exceed max of set % dependent on the ENR build up

- Support online/digital initiatives for Cards acquisition

- Manage Underwriting of Retail Credit Cards applications & Commercial/Business/ Solitaire cards with support of team of Credit Underwriters.
