Head - Credit Risk - Micro LAP

Brief Job Role/KRA :

- Provide support to Relationship Management Team in terms of timely processing the case for sanction and disbursement, ensuring overall client servicing for Portfolio growth, timely Renewals and help team to ensure maintaining a healthy portfolio

- Pre-sanction checks as per Company Credit Policy

- Ensuring Completion of Documentation as per Pre-Sanction Checklist

- Preparation of Credit Approval Memo in a consistent, concise and lucid manner

- Ensuring Completion of Documentation as per Pre-Sanction Checklist

- Initiating Fraud Checks for the case

- Customer Visits/Site Visits

- Initiating FI checks with empaneled agency

- Highlighting any early warning signs of the portfolio

- MIS & Miscellaneous Credit Audits

Essential requirements :

- Credit underwriting and operations

- Portfolio analytics and review

- Managing the risk policy

- Preparing risk policies for various products across the group

- Data management for various stakeholders of the company

- Managing transactional approvals

- Product approvals

- Process changes for improving efficiency'
