Description:
- To keep track of delinquency levels and ensuring that requisite policy actions are taken to contain future losses
- Facilitate regular asset quality reviews with provision of analytics insights to identify risks and opportunities.
- Automation of processes linked to Bureau checks, Internal checks, identifying superior customers to ease the process and help give faster turnaround on an application.
- Ensure RBI regulations are implemented related to credit dispensation including Customer Grading, KYC norms.
- Completion of RCSA and KRIs applicable for Risk Policy to address identified control gaps.
- To drive portfolio management initiatives along with Product, Credit, Operations and collections.
- To assist development of new programs along with the product team.
- To ensure a timely action plan for issues/incidents reported in RCSA, KRIs, Regulatory Inspections or by changes in Market conditions.
- Feedback from competition on the changes being adopted by them in wake of any incident impacting the market and evaluating the feasibility of application of these on the current/future book
