- We are looking to bring on board a transformational and enterprising leader to take up the role of Head Policies &amp; Audit, with business. - The incumbent has to continuously fine-tune the policies created in the organization to ensure they are in sync with the business and regulatory requirements. - In the longer run, s/he has to ensure that we keep rolling out new policies and improving the existing ones in favour of different products of the credit business and whatever support infrastructure required, is available. - The incumbent will be required to work along cross-functional teams to create success.&nbsp; - S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in high growth, young, agile business environment. Job Responsibilities : - Creating a dynamic and integrated credit policy for lending to company customers in various product segments. - Incorporating industry best practices in lending in the above-mentioned segments. - Ensuring all the necessary risk mitigators are there conforming to regulations. - Clearly defining process flow of decision making in all scenarios. Ensuring implementation of the policy at the organization level. - Creating built-in mechanisms for adherence to the policy and highlighting any deviations that happen to the Business Head at regular intervals. - Sharing regular reports and dashboards in close coordination with Head of Compliance and Head of Internal Audit to the Business head/ Credit Head. - Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders to keep the policy updated and aligned to the business objectives. - Representing the organization at various regulatory forums.
