Head - Credit Administration

We at FyneHand are mandated to onboard a national head CAD:

Experience: 15 Plus years of experience in relevant field Corporate and commercial Banking, Credit Administration and compliance.

- Experience in managing credit operations functions for secured and unsecured loans as well as bilateral and consortium / syndicated deals.

- Overall responsibility of credit life cycle management i.e. posts sanction process. Leading a team of over 100 Pan India.

- In-depth knowledge in portfolio management, credit documentation, equitable mortgages and perfection of security, limit administration, etc.

- The role necessitates designing, building, running and controlling the delivery of an exceptional and sustainable service to Corporate & Institutional Banking to build trust, advocacy and customer service.

- The role involves leading the Documentation and Credit Operations unit to achieve quality, delivering on agreed SLAs and develop the unit as a center of expertise for lending product and process.

- The role also necessitates to work on change agenda systems and processes and as well as aligning to the statutory requirements.

- Setting an operating rhythm and risk culture across the teams and ensure that staff understand the concept of operation risk and thus enable the team to build a robust control mechanism.

- Sourcing, preparation, collation of MIS for various internal reporting. Adherence to internal policies, RBI and other statutory guidelines.

- Supporting customer centricity. Working together with stakeholders relationship managers, credit risk, legal and documentation teams to support business.

- Initiating process simplification and process automation to reduce hand-offs. Represent Credit Administration in various committees and forums and be the lead SME for various project deliveries. Communicating with IT systems and support, product teams and business to bring about streamline operations / delivery without compromising controls.

- To continuously reassess the operational risks inherent in business taking into account the changing business environment, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings and ensure adequate mitigants are in place.
