About the Company: A reputed MNC- Industrial & Consumer product Manufacturing

Role Title: Head Costing

Location: Remote work (Permanent Work from Home)

Role & Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will focus on product costing and operational analysis on a global scale for approx. 15+ countries.

- Standardize costing methodologies, SOPs, and reporting frameworks across geographies.

- Provide leadership to product costing and operational analysis on a global scale by focusing on quality, efficiency and timeliness.

- This role will partner closely with global finance, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability.

- Lead end to product costing processes for the Company and its subsidiaries Annual & Routine.

- Drive cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with operations, sourcing, and engineering teams.

- Support pricing decisions, profitability analysis, and new product costing.

- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

- Lead and mentor regional costing teams across multiple countries.

- Act as a key finance business partner to plant heads, regional finance teams, and corporate leadership.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA/ICWA/CMA with 15+ years of experience, preferably 5+ yrs in Manufacturing industry.

- Strong expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, and global manufacturing finance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills.

- Strong Analytical skill, SAP knowledge, should have the right attitude/ open and growth mindset.

- Must have Manufacturing industry experience.

- Proven ability to handle remote based team.
