Head - Corporate Transaction Banking Technology - Finacle

About the role:

We are hiring for a strategic technology leadership role focused on corporate transaction banking platforms.

Required Skills:

- Candidate should have 19+ years of experience in Banking Technology

- Experience in UK / Global banks is a must

- Should be well versed with Corporate transaction banking and core banking platforms on a global front

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Technology Leadership: Lead the architectural strategy and end-to-end delivery of modern Corporate Transactional Banking platforms, driving platform-based, cloud-native engineering and AI-enabled innovation.

- Core Banking Modernization: Oversee the implementation and evolution of next-generation Core Banking systems (such as Finacle, Temenos, Thought Machine, or Mambu) using robust API-driven integration architectures.

- Engineering Excellence & Operational Resilience: Enforce modern engineering practices - including Agile, DevOps, automated CI/CD pipelines, and test automation - to ensure maximum system performance, security, and operational resilience.

- Regulatory & Delivery Discipline: Maintain rigorous delivery discipline while managing risk, data governance, and regulatory compliance across all corporate banking and FinTech initiatives.

- Stakeholder & Executive Management: Collaborate with key business stakeholders, client executives, and cross-functional teams to align IT roadmaps with business objectives and drive strategic digital transformation.
