Role Overview:

The Head of Corporate Strategy role is a critical leadership position responsible for shaping and driving the overall strategic direction of the organization. Based in Mumbai, this role involves working closely with the executive leadership team, business unit heads, and external consultants to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategic plans to enhance the company's competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of the company's corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and evaluate strategic initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.

- Drive the annual strategic planning process, including setting strategic priorities, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring progress against goals.

- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, conducting due diligence and financial analysis to assess their feasibility and value creation potential.

- Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to key stakeholders, including the board of directors, executive leadership team, and employees, to ensure alignment and support.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements as needed.
