Head Corporate Strategy (12-16 yrs)

Role Overview:

Our Client is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly analytical leader to work directly with the Chairman in identifying, evaluating, incubating, and scaling new business opportunities across high-growth industries. The role will focus on building new verticals, evaluating strategic investments, and driving long-term value creation while supporting the evolution of the Group into a professionally managed diversified business group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Chairman to develop and execute the Group's growth strategy.

- Identify and evaluate high-potential industries and emerging business opportunities.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, industry mapping, and commercial due diligence.

- Lead feasibility studies and business case development for new ventures.

- Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.

- Develop business plans, financial models, and investment proposals.

- Coordinate with consultants, investment bankers, government agencies, and industry experts.

- Support fundraising and strategic partnership initiatives.

- Build go-to-market strategies for new business verticals.

- Track global trends across infrastructure, real estate, energy, advanced materials, defence, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, and emerging technologies.

- Support the Chairman in strategic decision-making and special projects.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Corporate Strategy, Diversified Conglomerates, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Defence, Aerospace, Advanced Materials, Metals & Mining, Ports & Logistics, Industrial Projects, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Management Consulting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.

Experience:

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, investments, consulting, or new business incubation.
