Role Overview:

As the Head of Corporate Strategy, based in Mumbai, you will be at the forefront of shaping our company's future. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive business expansion and profitability.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and external advisors to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's overall corporate strategy, aligning it with the organization's vision and goals, to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities for strategic advantage.

- Lead the evaluation of potential M&A targets, partnerships, and joint ventures, conducting due diligence and financial modeling to assess their strategic fit and financial viability.

- Drive strategic planning processes across business units, facilitating workshops, and providing guidance to ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy.

- Manage strategic projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, developing timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to achieve desired outcomes.
