Job Description:

Org is looking for a seasoned Administration leader to build and scale a truly integrated G&A function across Beauty, Fashion, Retail, Distribution, Warehousing and Corporate functions. This role goes significantly beyond traditional facilities management and offers the opportunity to lead one of the largest and most complex infrastructure, workplace and administration ecosystems in the Indian consumer and retail sector.

The role is responsible for managing a pan-India footprint comprising corporate offices, fulfilment centres, warehouses and a rapidly expanding retail network, while overseeing an annual G&A spend of approximately 145 crore. The incumbent will drive the administration agenda across occupancy, workplace services, utilities, travel, security, housekeeping, repairs & maintenance, vendor governance and business continuity.

Strategic Mandate:

A key aspect of the mandate is transformation. Org is currently evolving towards a centralized Org operating model, creating an opportunity to standardize processes, improve governance, build enterprise-wide visibility and establish a stronger ownership framework across all administration-related spends and services. The role will partner closely with business leaders, finance, procurement, operations and technology teams to create scalable solutions that support rapid business growth while maintaining cost discipline.
