Job Description:

Singhaniya Motors Pvt. Ltd., an authorized koda dealership, is seeking an experienced Head Corporate Services to oversee corporate operations and drive excellence across showroom and service functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing premium automobile or heavy equipment showrooms (e.g., Earthmovers, JCB, MG, Experia), with proven leadership, operational, and customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

- Oversee service teams, ensuring adherence to brand and company standards.

- Manage coordination between sales, service, and back-office departments.

- Ensure operational excellence in showroom management and after-sales support.

- Drive corporate business growth through relationship management and process optimization.

- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
