Description:
Job Title: Corporate Sales Head.
Location: Mumbai.
Experience Required: 10-18 years (preferably in IT Hardware / Refurbished Electronics / B2B Sales domain).
Role Objective:
To lead and expand the corporate sales vertical by building strong relationships with system integrators (SIs), enterprise clients, and key decision-makers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through direct corporate connect, strategic partnerships, and a structured tele calling-driven lead generation model.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & SI Partner Sales
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Corporate System Integrators (SIs), IT resellers, and channel partners.
- Develop joint business plans and ensure consistent revenue contribution from each partner.
- Build alliances with leading IT integrators for bulk procurement, IT asset refurbishment, and buyback programs.
Direct Corporate Business Development
- Drive direct engagement with corporates across sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing, IT, Pharma, and Education.
- Identify decision-makers (IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement) and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to promote refurbished IT assets and sustainability-driven IT solutions.
Tele calling & Inside Sales
- Oversee a structured tele calling and lead qualification process to reach potential corporate clients pan-India.
- Set daily/weekly call targets, lead generation KPIs, and conversion goals.
- Monitor performance of inside sales team and ensure quality outreach and follow-ups.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Define quarterly and annual sales targets for Corporate, SI, and Inside Sales teams.
- Monitor sales funnel, lead status, and closure ratios through CRM dashboards.
- Develop incentive plans and drive a performance-oriented culture.
- Forecast and report corporate sales performance periodically to management.
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with operations, dispatch, and service teams to ensure timely material delivery and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with marketing for B2B campaigns, EDMs, and corporate engagement drives.
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor corporate sales executives, telecallers, and partner managers.
- Train the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and client relationship management.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment between field sales and inside sales teams.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in B2B / Corporate / SI Partner Sales.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Hands-on experience managing tele calling teams and lead funnels.
- Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and refurbished IT solutions (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
