Experience:

Min 25+ years of exp to lead liaisoning and regulatory functions for a large diversified group's Real Estate vertical. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end statutory approvals and compliance across multi-city projects.

Job Profile :

- Drive end-to-end approvals, permissions, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects

- Co-ordinate with various government agencies and statutory bodies, and local agencies for all project-related clearances. NOCs, licenses, and approvals required for project commencement, execution, and operations

Candidate Profile :

- Should have strong exposure from Real Estate at National / regional with professional companies OR retired senior government official with litigation/liaisoning exposure.
